
The busiest booth at this year's Northwest Foodservice Show was easy to spot due to the crowd assembled in front of their sausage laden grill. Bob Klaumann, pictured, Zenner's sales manager, and Dan Wedin, general manager, handed out somewhere in the neighborhood of one thousand one ounce Double Smoked with Bacon links, 800 of them on 8 inch bamboo skewers.

Also a huge hit with show attendees were the new
Double Smoked Bacon & Cheddar and
Jalapeno Cheddar Frank links. In fact, the Double Smoked Bacon & Cheddar sausage was featured in the Iron Chef style competition (see the sausage in the mirror above the chefs' stations).

The two day show which began on Sunday 3rd and concluded Monday hosted thousands of attendees who sampled everything from wine and spirits and beers to meats, cheeses, desserts and saw equipment demos on everything from refrigeration to full kitchen setups and endless gadgets.
